  • Reinforced aluminum reflector, rugged anti-vibration construction.
  • Include replaceable Sylvania 12V 60W 9005 X/S halogen bulb.
  • Direct replacement to sealed beam type headlights, H4656.
  • Two H4656-to-9005 adapters included (one 3-wire adapter with diode, and one 2-wire adapter).
  • Note: 3-wire adapter with diode is for use with 4-headlight systems that both high and low beam comes on when high beam is turn on.
  • DOT/SAE, FMVSS 108.
