Return Policy
Return Procedures and Policies: You must call 877-247-6289 to receive authorization prior to return. All returns must be accompanied with the sales invoice in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns not shipped prepaid will be refused. The return period is limited to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if damaged, whether damage is due to misuse, neglect, negligence, or otherwise. Returns will not be accepted if “used”, missing parts, special ordered or shipped to us after the 30 day return period. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved merchandise will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
