Purchase Terms

Payment: A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or PayPal account must be used for payment.


Shipping: All orders are normally processed within 2 days; special orders and back orders may take longer. Once processed, orders are shipped via the shipping option selected at the time of purchase.


Shipping charges will be applied to the order.


Return Procedures and Policies: You must call 877-247-6289 to receive authorization prior to return. All returns must be accompanied with the sales invoice in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns not shipped prepaid will be refused. The return period is limited to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if damaged, whether damage is due to misuse, neglect, negligence, or otherwise. Returns will not be accepted if “used”, missing parts, special ordered or shipped to us after the 30 day return period. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved merchandise will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.


Damaged Merchandise: The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise prior to accepting it from the delivery company. Any damage must be noted on the delivery documents signed by the customer and given to the freight company. Call Chrome Country at 877-247-6289 immediately to report damaged products. Any product accepted by the customer will be deemed undamaged upon acceptance.


Customer Satisfaction: It is Chrome Country’s desire that all customers be completely satisfied with our products and services. Should you not be satisfied, for whatever reason, then return your purchase, along with sales invoice, within the 30 day return period, in accordance with return procedures and policies set forth above.
Warranty Disclaimer: ANY WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLELY THOSE MADE BY THE APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER. EXCEPT FOR ANY SUCH WARRANTY BY THE MANUFACTURER, THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON AN “AS IS, WHERE IS” BASIS, IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EACH OF WHICH ARE EXPESSLY DISCLAIMED.


Claims under manufacturer warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturer. Chrome Country is not responsible for shortages, transportation delays or other matters beyond its control.


Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to return of the purchase price paid in exchange for product purchased for returns shipped to us in accordance with the return policy set forth above. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CHROME COUNTRY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR DOWNTIME, EVEN IF CHROME COUNTRY KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT AS A TORT CLAIM (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY), A CONTRACT CLAIM, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH STATES OR COUNTRIES, SOME EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
